Everyone Needs A Quiet Place

I found this old blog post that never got published. This summer I finished my studio space and I am sooo happy. My studio sits about 25 feet from the river. The view is great and I have so much space to work in. It is my little piece of paradise in the jungle.

The newest addition to our Family

Her name is "PEANUT" and she is a handful. She is a Costarican street dog that I found as an abandoned puppy at 2 months old. She rules the other 4 dogs and calls the shots. Right now she is walking around the yard with a chain and a 2x4. I hate to do that but she keeps running off to the neighbors yard where they have chickens. Once a dog kills a chicken, that's it...Can't teach an old dog a new trick.
